David acts as Executive Chairman of SCP's digital capabilities. David also sits on the Executive Committee of SCP. David has over 20 years of experience managing BPO and managed services firms during previous roles at Sutherland Global Services, Serco, Capgemini and PWC. His career has focused on helping large corporations grow via digitally enabled process management and virtualisation of work. Prior to Emergence, Poole co-founded and was CEO of Symphony Ventures (2014-2019), a BPO and RPA-focused digital transformation consultancy, which was sold to Sykes Enterprises in 2018. Poole completed an MBA from Imperial College London and has a degree in Finance & Accounting from Leeds Metropolitan University.
