Robert began his career as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer in one of the world’s largest law firms. Here, he focussed on a broad mix of public and private transactions. This included Takeover Code and PE focussed buy-outs, working with FTSE 100 and AIM listed clients, together with numerous investment fund vehicles.

Using this business experience and a passion for technology, he joined our senior management team in 2019. He now focuses on the practice’s consultancy offering. He delivers concise and pragmatic solutions that position it|venture’s clients at the cutting edge of technology.
