Shirin is the CRM and Data Manager working in the Central Operations team in London and has been responsible for managing the CRM platform and data since 2021.
She is a 12-year veteran in the CRM space. Over the course of her career, she has worked with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, DealCloud, and proprietary solutions, focusing on strategy, governance, change management, adoption, integration, and automation.
From Said Business School, University of Oxford, Shirin completed the Oxford Finance Executive Series for Fintech Executives: Fintech Entrepreneur programme, which covered Fintech, Blockchain Strategy, Open Banking, and Digital Disruption and Platforms in 2022.
In 2010, Shirin graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Marketing (First Class) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Distinction) in 2008, both from University of Calicut.
Shirin is also a Board Trustee at Pioneer Educational Trust since 2020 and a member of its Diversity, Equality and Inclusion committee.
