Dee is Head of Cyber and IT Infrastructure at BGF, the UK and Ireland's most active equity capital investor in growing companies. He leads the cyber and data privacy strategy, IT risk management framework, and cloud infrastructure and operations. He is actively involved in cyber and tech due diligence supporting portfolio and investment colleagues. Dee joined BGF during its early inception in 2012, to help architect and execute the firm's first IT strategy focused on building scalable technology solutions to deliver the rapid growth and ambition of the business. Prior to BGF, Dee has held senior technology leadership roles in private and government-funded organisations. Dee is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and has a background in IT Service Management (ITIL Expert), Security (CISM) and Programme Management (MSP).
