Shirin is the CRM and Data Manager in the Central Operations team in London, focusing on managing private equity processes, CRM, and market data since 2021. With 13 years of experience in operations, she has expertly handled CRM platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, DealCloud, and proprietary solutions, as well as market data platforms, emphasizing strategy, governance, change management, adoption, integration, and automation.

In 2022, she completed the Oxford Finance Executive Series for Fintech Executives: Fintech Entrepreneur program at Said Business School, University of Oxford, where she delved into AI, Fintech, Blockchain Strategy, Open Banking, and Digital Disruption and Platforms.

Shirin holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing (First Class, 2010) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction, 2008) from the University of Calicut. Since 2020, she has been serving as a Board Trustee at Pioneer Educational Trust, underscoring her leadership and operational acumen.
